Identity Proof
In keeping with Government regulations, all guests (on single/double/triple occupancy) are required to carry a valid photo identity at the time of check-in.
- Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.
- Indian nationals must provide a government-issued photo ID such as:
- Driving License
- Passport
- Aadhar Card
- Voter ID Card
- PAN Card will not be accepted as valid ID proof.
- Corporate guests must provide proof of corporate affiliation.
Guarantee Policy
All bookings must be guaranteed with a valid Credit Card at the time of reservation. We accept all major credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours before the planned date of arrival to avoid charges.
- Cancellations within 72 hours incur a one-night charge.
- Promotional bookings with 100% advance payment are:
- Non-cancellable
- Non-refundable
- Non-amendable
Refund Policy
On valid cancellation requests, refunds will be initiated through the original payment method.
- Processed via issuing bank.
- Appears in next billing cycle.
- May take 30–45 business days.
